Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

Standard Ground Shipping through both USPS or UPS usually takes 1-7 days depending on delivery zip code.

USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days.  However that is only an estimate, and USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or time in transit.

No, we never charge extra for providing you with a custom creation. 

Absolutely!  We will interact with you for your feedback before finalizing the crate content.

No. We currently focus on helping busy people save time and sanity by planning fabulous parties virtually instead of stocking physical shelves. 

Just share your party vision with us by completing few details about  your party type, preferences, and vision. We will take care of the rest!  Our Creative Director will combine your vision with our  inspiration and expertise.  Your approval is required before we ship your party crate to you. Ultimately, we’ll save you hours of research, time and provide a high quality experience. 

While some creations can be curated quickly, others require greater lead times to procure the exact item to be included.  Custom boxes generally ship within 3 weeks. 

Custom crates are nonrefundable, however, any product damaged during shipping will be replaced.  

A Customer Service engagement would be required for replacement verification.
